Addiction Treatment

At Sylvie Wellness Center we take an individualized, nonjudgmental approach to addiction treatment. Our practice is based on a tier treatment model using contingent management (rewards). We offer evidence-based treatments that are unique to our clients' needs. We understand that medications may not be the only solution, and are eager to explore alternative approaches to support your health such as lifestyle modifications or supplements. The Center offers counseling and psychotropic medications tailored to your needs.

Getting Started

• To begin, click the link below to request a free, 15-minute, virtual appointment. 

• If it is determined that you are a good fit for Sylvie's practice then you will complete intake forms through the online portal.

• After completing the consent and intake forms you will schedule a 60-90 min initial consultation.

• Note that, following the initial consultation, all addiction services are offered in person unless you are sick or in an emergency. 

• Drug screening is included in the appointment cost.

Costs:

• $175 for the initial consultation - 60-90 min

• $125 for each additional session (20- 30 minutes)

• Labs and prescription costs are not included. You can use insurance for prescriptions and labs.

• Addiction fee: $200 every four weeks. Drug testing included.
