At Sylvie Wellness Center we meet people where they are, build therapeutic alliances to support their well-being and develop personalized treatments tailored to your unique needs. Sylvie uses evidence-based interventions to cultivate a healthier and more fulfilling life. She understands medications are not the only solution and offers alternative approaches such as lifestyle changes or supplements to support your health. 

Together we will look at your diet, calculate your daily calorie intake, provide counseling based on your unique diet/preferences and find a consensus on long-term, sustainable changes.

Getting Started:

• To begin, click the link below to request a free, 15-minute, virtual appointment. 

• If it is determined that you are a good fit for Sylvie's practice then you will complete intake forms through the online portal.

• After completing the consent and intake forms you will schedule a 60-90 min initial consultation.

• Note that, following the initial consultation, all services are offered virtually. 

• If you require EMDR or other therapy not offered, we can make referrals.
